ABSOLUTELY NO returns or refunds will be accepted without a valid authorization number. To get an RMA number, contact our office at   916-923-9676.

The return authorization number MUST BE CLEARLY VISIBLE ON TWO SIDES of the return-shipping package. Without a visible RA number on the return package, the package will be sent back to you at your expense.

You must place a copy of the invoice and a brief note explaining why the product is being returned in the package.

A 20% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL AUTHORIZED RETURNS.

ONLY UNUSED, UNOPENED ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED TO Palmers Pursuit Shop for credit. Use is defined as any attempt to install, fire (even air), wear, or wash. If an item is returned that has been opened or used in any way it will be returned to you at your expense.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days of the original invoice date.
SHIPPING COST ASSOCIATED WITH RETURNS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Warranty items will be replaced, repaired or credited at our option minus any applicable return fee. All items associated with the product must also be returned. This includes packaging, accessories, and printed material that came with the product.

Special orders and custom work are non-cancelable and non-returnable.

No deduction from payment will be allowed until proper credit has been issued.

No refunds or warranty will be granted for merchandise that has been damaged in shipping due to incorrect packaging by the customer. Products that are returned to Palmers Pursuit Shop that do not qualify for a credit or refund will be returned to you at your expense.

NO RETURNS OR WARRANTY ON DISCONTINUED or PROMOTIONAL ITEMS.

Please note that "paintball equipment" may be prohibited or restricted in your area. Buyer should follow all local laws and ordinances in their state regarding paintball, including age limitations on purchases. Please check before you order. Palmers Pursuit Shop will not accept returns on the basis of the restrictions imposed in your area.
